Other programs in Littleton are built for athletes who have a foundation of training already. We offer a basics program that teaches the fundamentals correctly, and with small groups so every teen gets the attention they need to learn how to build strength the right way.

We have seen many examples of teens who have not received the specialized attention to form needed to build good movement mechanics. In larger groups, it is difficult to see every student, all of the time. Bad form can turn into injury down the road. Parents of teens in Littleton can feel comfortable knowing that when their teens complete the Teen Strength Foundations program here at Gym's House, they will have the right tools to build strength safely!

Strength training for teens can be safe and effective when they receive professional coaching by an experienced trainer. Our approach to strength training focuses on functional movement, which mitigates injury risks. From beginners, to athletes who want to perform at a high level, we coach movement, as well as mentality.

Confidence comes from repeated action and practice. With good practice and healthy movement mechanics, teens can learn how to build strength and feel better, more confident, and equipped with the skills to go to any gym. Exercise has a ton of benefits for physical wellness and mental health, and being pushed, safely, is the key to making exercise a good experience at a young age.
